Don't forget, every member of your household can write in and every letter will be counted! Once downloaded, the letter must contain your name and address, and be signed by you. Letters can be sent to Michelle Walker, at ELDC Planning Department, quoting the planning reference number (it should be clearly marked on the letter), or alternatively and preferably sent to Julia Bowes at:- The Old Post House Sea Road Anderby Lincolnshire PE24 5YD so that all objections can be counted and physically delivered to ELDC before the planning meeting, when a receipt will be obtained to ensure that they have been received and noted. |
